Cat for YourSelf

Cat for YourSelf is an original project by Xenia Kozlov (Healing Fox) and Samuel Puma Sifuentes (Curious Puma).
Healing Fox is always ready to share knowledge and ideas, while Curious Puma is always here to support and encourage you.

We will teach you how to take care of yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself, and support yourself—because only you can do it in a way that no one else can!

We believe that everyone deserves love and care, and this applies to oneself first and foremost. We always have hugs, support, and kind words for you! You haven't even attended our group yet, but we already love you and are waiting for you!

We stand in support of the rights of the LGBTQ+ community, strive to protect and uphold human rights and adhere to a humanistic approach in both life and work.

We will show you how to live without torturing yourself or others, and that "just talking" is often more effective than we think.

We offer you a program of 10 sessions, both theoretical and practical! During our sessions, you can sit, lie down, walk, dance, eat, drink... you can even take a nap! Your comfort is very important to us.

Feel free to complain, boast, whine, hesitate, and ask questions—everything stays within the group and will never leave it.

The group size is up to 8 people so that each participant has enough time and space. Each session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, and by the end, you will feel a little better And then a little more, and more, and more—until you are happy and healthy with us!

What to expect?
You will learn to take care of yourself, avoid manipulation and restore strength. The program helps to build healthy boundaries and take care of yourself.

Methods and approaches:
We will use a creative approach, humor and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to teach you effective ways of self-care.

Duration and format:
The program lasts 10 weeks, each lesson is 90 minutes. Classes are held online or offline, in groups or individually.

Support and feedback:
Support between classes via chat, provision of self-care materials, and regular feedback.

Compatibility assessment:
The program is suitable for those who want to learn to take care of themselves, set boundaries, and restore strength.

Tailored to individual needs:
The program is flexible and tailored to each participant’s personal needs so that everyone can find their own effective self-care strategies.

Safety and Trust:
Safety and support are key elements. The program creates an atmosphere of trust where people can openly discuss their difficulties.
